Caribee 'Get your bag on' & 'Dream flight' Competitions

'Get your bag on' and 'Dream flight' 2009 competitions. Entries will be judged on humorous quality and artistic merit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Entry is open to Australian residents only. By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to agree with these terms of entry. 3. 'Get you bag on' and 'Dream flight' Competitions begin October 1st 2009 and ends at 12:00am 31st October 2010. 4. To enter, entrants must send their original content images and or video files to Caribee in the method mentioned of the Caribee website. 5. Entrants may submit entries as per the method instructed on http://www.caribee.com website. 6. Only one entry per person may be submitted. 7. The Prize winner will receive a single Flight Centre gift certificate - as supplied by Flight Centre Pty Ltd. The Prize is valued at approximately $300. If prize suppliers are unable to to produce the stated prize, a prize of equal worth of Clipper International Corporations' choosing will be supplied to winners. 8. The Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or mail before 31st of January 2008. 9. All entries become and remain the property of Clipper International Corporation. Clipper International Corporation may use the entrants' names and addresses for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. 10. The Prize is as depicted or described in the promotions for the Competition and is not subject to change. 12. Clipper International Corporation accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred in connection with taking up the Prize. 13. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 14. If the Prize winner is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to the Prize winner's nominated parent or guardian. 15. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon humorous quality and artistic merit. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions. 16. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language and or imagery. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. Clipper International Corporation assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Clipper International Corporation which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, Clipper International Corporation reserves the rights in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
